Šī ir neatkarīga kopija, nevis oficiālais reģistrs. Darījumam un oficiālai izziņai izmanto BIS.

No divām tabulām, ko Būvniecības valsts kontroles birojs publicē data.gov.lv vietnē ar CC0 1.0 licenci — publiskajā īpašumā, bez nosacījumiem. Nekas nav prasīts, pat ne avota norāde. Mēs to norādām tāpat.
⚠️ Ko mēs neņemam
Reģistrā ir pilna adrese un koordinātes. Šī servisa lapās to nav. Indeksētās lapas beidzas ar administratīvo teritoriju; adrese parādās tikai konkrētas lietas kartītē, ko pārlūks attēlo no URL fragmenta — bez sava adreses, tātad nekad neindeksēta.
Konkrēti: no lietu tabulas lasām 7 kolonnas, no objektu tabulas 7. Nolasāmo sarakstu mūsu kodā pārbauda izteiksme, kas noraida visu, kas atgādina personu — ja avotā vēlāk parādīsies šāda kolonna, ievade apstāsies, nevis turpināsies klusējot.
Koordinātes mūsu datubāzē neienāk vispār, kaut avotā tās ir 69,9 % ierakstu. Tās neatbild ne uz vienu jautājumu, ar ko cilvēks šeit atnāk.
⚠️ Ko mēs izlabojām
Adresi lietas nosaukumā. 262 183 nosaukumos (81.0 %) būvvalde bija ierakstījusi pilnu adresi. Mēs to nogriežam pirms datu ievades, nevis attēlošanas brīdī — lapa nefiltrē, tā lasa jau attīrītu kolonnu.
Būves nosaukumu tāpat: 5,2 % no tiem nesa adresi.
Neko citu nemainām. Stadiju, veidu un gadu ņemam tādus, kādi tie ir.

This site republishes public registers. Source by source: the licence it is published under, and the condition its publisher sets — read from the publisher's own terms page, on the date shown.
